Happy Chinese New Year

I wish all of you have a Happy Chinese New Year, and yes, I'm in my lovely hometown and going to celebrate this Chinese New Year with my family, relatives, and friends.

Skipped one week classes and back to hometown early, planned a lots of things to do in this week, but no one is done. BOOO... Programming, reading, exercises and etc. Maybe I'm still in holiday mood after all the labtests, midterms, assignment deadline and so on. Well, I still left 2 weeks for the FINAL EXAM preparation. I guess I will done nothing with study during this CNY. Play hard! =)

Just a short update, and nothing special currently. No iPad3, No project is done, and No surprise. Stay tuned for good news from me. All the best! =)

Learning and Education

Today I done a thing that can proud with me but not my parents. I refused to study "Ethics and Professional Conduct" before my examination, and of course, I did badly on the examination. I kind of sad that I didn't give any effort on this exam, I gave myself an excuse: "This crap is not worth for my brain to memorize it!". And sorry to my parents, I didn't do my best. :(

I proud on me is because I starting to know how to differentiate what is really worth for me and my future.

-Learning and Education.

Well, this really a question for me as a university student. Am I study or learning? Am I understanding or memorizing? Am I do what I should do for the "A" on the exam or what I want to do for my future?

Some people think came out from an university with a certificate especially with high CGPA will lead them to good life. Indeed, company nowadays mostly will depend on your certificate in order to consider hire you. And this lead you go to university and study like mad to get a good result. On the meantime, you will lost what you really want to do on your university life.

Some school/university have the subject called Critical Thinking, Human Development, Ethics and Professional Conduct and etc. Those subjects will have boring lecture because all in the class teach you memorize thing, for instance, "The definition of moral is ... ", "James Moor defines ... " and etc. Are student really want to remember this so that can become a ethical, critical thinking person?

Officially Trimester Breaking!

Busy life finally can take a long fresh breath.

Finally I completed my Year 1 first trimester in Bachelor of Computer Science. Degree life is such a big challenge for me, don't have any fundamental subjects, starting to walk into coding path, binary cloud, digital world. Learning new theory, new language and new concept. The first thing that I do to face this completely new environment, as a programmer, we should shout "HELLO WORLD"!!!

Actually can said that my schedule is quite full after my final exam. I went for webcampKL yesterday night. It's a event that open for all people who care for website, webapp development. I kind of like the venue or office that held the event, nice city view from the skyscraper. I hope my future working environment can be something like that (hmm, I think I think too much now). Anyway, got people talk about SEO, podcast, Jade, Google analytic and so on. Actually I hope I can get some new idea from them or some demos from they idea, end up with explaining, teaching. Quite a nice experience in there.

Besides that, I just came back from UCSI for the Google DevFest 2011. This Google DevFest is talk about Android development, HTML5, Geo, Google Analytic. Get to know some nice web app through the event. Some HTML5 demos too, too bad is cannot attend Android and Fusion table session, but have a good time in UCSI and Devfest.

The last event is geekycampKL on this Saturday. After that I will go back to my hometown. I planned to done something in this trimester break, wish me luck and don't always feel tired and become a pig when in my hometown.

Barcamp Singapore 2011

I went to Barcamp Singapore (BarcampSG 7) last weekend, feel a bit crazy about that because I went to do my 1st passport because of this event! But finally, it is really worth it!!!

BarcampSG 7 held in at a very nice venue, glass walls made the whole breakout session more open, except the corridor is a bit narrow, all thing are just fine and nice. Surprisingly many good topics posted, and this barcamp really inspired me very much and this is the best barcamp so far that I attended. It's about 200 people there, and some of them are 1st time in barcamp, I really surprise that!

Meet quite a number of people who in Hackerspace Singapore, they are really crazy in develop something and ready to sell their product out to other country, compared to the Hackerspace that I join in MMU, I think we still have to put much more effort and I will give all my contribution on it. Besides, start-up group also a quite famous topic in Barcamp Singapore, they really encourage young generation to join the start-up group to learn and share together.

Many web developers, mobile apps developers and I learned many things from them. Now I just realized that I'm also a little web developer because I'm building a webpage for my Hackerspace project. Compared to them, I can say that I'm nothing - lazy, lack of idea, and blah blah. They can learn the damn thing in one or two weeks or maybe 1 month and they built something which ready to use. It inspired me to move on for my project and I hope I can finish it and continue my next target - mobile app development!

There are quite a number of demo on hardware present on barcamp Singapore too. Drone - a flying 'UFO' control by iphone/ipad/ipod touch with WIFI. 3D printer which can print thing in 3D!

Really have a nice and awesome trip to Barcamp Singapore. Hope I still have chance to meet those people who can inspired me.

A week holiday comes to the end. I'm feel don't want go back to Cyberjaya =(

I'm so tired, so stressful, is going to die.

I love and hate my bed. I get more than enough sleeping time because of it. When I want to start study, it will always make me lie on it and fall asleep. After I came back from Pulau Pangkor. I think 80% I spent my holiday on my bed! Sleeping, playing computer, watching movie and so on. Thanks to it, I get a more slim body shape! I want kill myself!

As what my elder sister say me, I became a 'otaku', living in my own world without communicate with anyone. It is quite true, I facing my laptop 24/7. I don't want to be 'otaku' but I don't know why, just feel lazy to move my ass off my bed and move my hand away from keyboard!

Honestly speaking, I really feel I'm a rubbish in this holiday! Done nothing except eat and sleep. My 1st semester of beta year final exam is very soon from now, actually I aim quite high on this exam, but with my lazy attitude in this holiday, I done nothing for the preparation for this exam. Am I enough time to finish all the thing within this two week before exam? Am I get what I want in this exam? Can I do well in this exam? Tons of question in my mind and it make me feel very stress. Sigh.

Finally decided to go Singapore for the Barcamp Singapore on this weekend, I not sure it is going to surprise / inspire me, but I quite look forward to it.

Many decisions we have to make in our life, I just hope that every decision I made didn't have the word 'regret' on behind.

Busy . Joy . Tired . August~

Now I realized I always posted a post in a month! Hmm~ this is the August post! :p

Quite a busy August, because all the mid term tests, lab tests, assignment's due date, happened all around in this August. Always burn the midnight oil every night, but finally, all is over, another word, I have 1 week holiday~ woohoo~~

A short update about what I doing this month and what I learned~ =)

Barcamp KL (Cyberjaya) 2011

I'm one of the committees in this barcamp. Quite a nice experience to work in this barcamp. This is the second time I join barcamp. I designed the T-shirt for this barcamp! Wahaha~

This is the barcamp shirt I designed for barcamp 2011. Quite a number of people say it like Android, Teletubbies, Landmine on Plant vs. Zombie and so on. The most funny name is farting robot!~ =)

During these 2 days barcamp, we faced many problems, but we solved it together and made this barcamp still moving that what we expected. Not everyone know what I done for the barcamp, but I know I give all my effort and time on it, I consider this as a big success for myself~ =)

The bad thing is me not really have a time to join any session during breakout time. It is a bit wasted, but I learned how to organize a camp, solve problem and make sure all is fine. It is worth to be a committee too.

When the barcamp ended, I felt I lost all my power and soul! This is bad, I cannot do anything after the barcamp. This maybe due to I gave "so much" (really?) effort on it and I hate it end like this. But it is just temporarily, luckily I found back all my power to move on my project and study, else I will feel dying there~

Pangkor Trip 2011

After I done all my work. Finally I can enjoy my holiday in Pulau Pangkor with my friends. Quite a long time I didn't go anywhere for my holiday, and I always hope that I can have my holiday in beach with sunny day~

Luckily is a SUNNY day for the 1st day of the Pangkor Trip, I'm so excited when I saw the sea!!!

I tried to feed fish, let's all the fish swim around me, watch Bioluminescent Ostracods at night, kayak to coral island with friend, feel the wind at the middle of the sea, buried myself with sand and so on! Is really a nice experience at Pangkor, maybe is because we knew a nice friend who live in Pangkor, so that he bring us to the place that we cannot discover by ourself. Really thank him~

Finish the Pangkor trip, back to hometown and have to start working on my study. I fully relax on this 2 days Pangkor trip, and I have to take a fully recharge with the sleep before work! LOL...

Barcamp KL 2011 - Cyberjaya is coming. 13th and 14th of August 2011, and it will be held on Multimedia University! I'll be there!

Anyway this will be the second time I join barcamp. The first barcamp I went was on Melaka, very new and special experiences compared to other camp. It is a peer learning event or camp, share and learn is the whore point of barcamp. This time, about 200 people are joining this barcamp! Can't wait to know new people and learn from other. =)

Today I didn't see any clothes here and there, no one is disappear from the earth without any reason. Neither an end of the world nor rapture day.

But today is a memorable day for me and my foundation friends. We finish 1 year of foundation study in Multimedia University, Cyberjaya. Today is the last day of examination, and start from now, we have 2 weeks holiday! All busy packing and move house, or going back hometown for their two weeks holiday.

Time flies, everything just like started from yesterday, I still can remember the first day I came Multimedia University. A "naive" boy with unfamiliar environment and people. Interact with strangers and knowing each other, forming group for doing assignment and presentation, we had done many crazy things in this year time. I study, I learn, I understand. Every moment happened to me made me strong and more mature. I glad to be here and with all my friends.

The road isn't end at here, we are still growing, doing, achieving... Goodluck all my friends and Happy Holiday.

I believe that all of you are so familiar with this. When you are driving, are you care about this? Will you just ignore it when there have no car on other side? To prove this, I done a research on it, and also for my Statistics' case study. Me and my friend - Tonny became a few days casual wear "police" and collect the how many cars are actually beat the red light.

The questions that I concern...

What is the estimate percentage of all number of evil driver in Cyberjaya?
Are our data reliable? Are the data the same compare with different week.
Are men more evil than women? Is that gender and their driving behavior related?
Are weather (Sunny or Rainy) influence the number of cars which beat the red light?
Are people opinion is always over-estimate? Malaysian male drivers are not so evil that you expected. Survey vs. Sample.

The method we use for calculation:

Estimation
Hypothesis test
Homogeneity test and Independent test

The truth!

The reliable of our data is extremely strong! No fake information!
There is about 4.85% to 7.45% of evil driver in Cyberjaya! It's quite a lots. The probability is there, my only advice, be careful when you are passing through the traffic light.
Gender and number of cars which beat the red light are related, and from our data collection, prove that male are more possible to beat the red light compare with female. Evil men!
Besides, weather definitely have relation with number of cars which beat the light. Weather influence driving behavior, drivers are not dare to beat the light when in rainy day. But, based on our observation, the probability of cars which beat the light are lesser but it didn't prove that there is zero. So, pay attention during bad weather too.
We did an online survey, we collected a unexpected result from the public, which is more than half (52.26%) of the male have willingness on beat the red light! It's ridiculous. We tested it with our data, based on our observation, Malaysian male drivers not that evil that all expected.

In a nutshell, we observed that drivers usually will beat the red light when they are the last car and they usually will speed up. When rainy day, drivers are usually slowing their speed, and the rate of beating red light are smaller than normal/sunny weather. Most of the drivers who beat red light are male, but not most of the male drivers like to beat the light, only few percent of them are evil.

p.s. This post is just sharing the information that I get through my research, hope it will inspire you with the concept of drive safe in road.

A game that I just completed: Portal 2

Today afternoon, I finally completed a game. GAMER, 24 hours non-stop playing game, that's not me. Some games are boring to me, mostly I will play half way and just stop it and uninstall from my laptop. Not all the games I will try but if it is nice and easy or other word "mini game", I will have a try. I still remember last game that I completed was "Angry Birds". ROFL

Back to the game I just finished this afternoon, is Portal 2. This game definitely not "mini" as I stated above, but quite surprise that I can complete it in almost 2 weeks time. I didn't try Portal before, by watching the trailer that Portal 2, the only concept in my mind is use a gun to make myself to another chamber and complete the mission. After playing, it is all about problem solving, task 1 to task 2 to task 3. Maybe this is the thing that attract me for playing this for 2 weeks.

I'm so sick with this, it is turret. One of the powerful enemy in the game. Once it detect you, it will keep shooting you until you die. Not just powerful, they also artistic! THEY CAN SING! I like it so much!

End with turrets orchestra! Super like the ending and full of satisfaction, sad too! Can I own one of these turrets and sing to me every night! =)

p.s. The Portal 2 original soundtrack are awesome! I like all of the music and songs! Great job!

p.s. This game will cause headache because of 3D effects.

Review: Hubble 3D

If you interest in space exploration, stars formation or earth origin, this movie/documentary " Hubble 3D" will definitely blow your mind with fully 3D effects and brand new experiences. I hope I can watch it in 3D but I didn't, but with 720p High Definition, it was make my mind full of stars, galaxies, nebula for a few hours. (LOL)

This movie/documentary is about the repair of our space telescope named Hubble in 2009. Besides showing the repair parts, it showed what had this telescope captured and bought us fly through the outer space light year by light year. From this space telescope, we able to explore other planet or star far far away from our Earth.

The main purpose of the space telescope is neither just capture the furthest star or planet nor showing off how advance our technology is. It is about history, history about the origin of our Earth. Universe, endless boundary of space, with billions of galaxies and each of them contains billions of stars. Entire galaxies and stars are link together or have relationship with each other. All of them are live, from nothing to something, and from something to nothing. This is a recycle, and we, our Earth, our galaxy, never escape from this rule of life. From the movie/documentary, I realized that our Milky Way galaxy, is just like a "bird nest" before it formed.

Through this space journey, we/humankind can said that we are so incredibly small, not even a dot in a paper, and we live in the most beautiful planet-Earth. We are fortunate, we have all the thing we want. But when you look back to the origin, we are nothing, appreciate the time with Earth and don't ever hurt our Earth. We can change it, by this Hubble space telescope.

p.s. Next space telescope called "James Webb Space Telescope" is going to launch during next few years. Hope it will launch successfully, then it's mean there's a new achievement to our origin. From that, we learn, we use.

The secret of the moon. 2.0 The truth~

Documentary yesterday was struggling me quite a time, it is about hoax of moon landing. The previous post I stated out all the "fake" evidences that the documentary prove that American never went to the moon before. Now, I found out all the answer and can prove that there are no conspiracy of the moon landing.

MythBusters, showed all the prove that the "fake" evidences are actually TRUE. How they do that? You can watch this http://bit.ly/e7dJOk . This episode showed on 2008, it shows how silly am I to doubt that are they really went to moon? Fortunately I gained more knowledge about the moon.

Briefly explain the show about...
They done couple of experiments that people think that couldn't happen in the moon. First is the not parallel of the shadow on a photo. People think that it is impossible because of one light source, which is Sunlight, cannot produce 2 different shadow at the same time. It's make sense, but what if the bending of the surface and some other causes, it is possible to produce 2 different angle of shadow from a single light source. It proved in the video. Besides, the photo of astronaut behind the light source is clear proved by sand of the moon can reflect light.

Next will be the footprint of Neil Armstrong and the waving America's flag. Many people doubt that the footprint shouldn't be so clear if there don't have any moisture of the soil. This is true in our Earth, without moisture of the soil, the footprint cannot be so clear as the photo captured by them. On moon, fully vacuum, no air to break down the sand, so it can be clear print out the footprint on the surface of the moon. Beside, they also made a experiment about placing a America's Flag on vacuum room, they moved the flag, the flag was waving and due to no air resistance, the flag waved higher compare on the Earth. It proved that waving of the flag not caused by the wind, but force of the astronauts.

Slowing down the video clip so that it looks like moon walking. To prove it is not true, they recapture the video clip with copying the motion of the astronauts. One of the clip is normal walking but edit to slow motion, one is using wire, and one is they went to the airplane to test about weightless. This proved that they really went to the moon, and the video slip is real.

The last experiment is prove that whether Apollo program really putted the reflector on the moon. They transmit a big laser beam to the moon and they did receive the signal from the moon, it showed THEY WENT TO THE MOON!

Although I'm so late to know the truth of this fake hoax. I'm still happy because it is never too late to learn and gain your knowledge at anytime, anywhere. Don't stop questioning, again.

The secret of the Moon

Nothing special or maybe it is not new for you. Yesterday I watched a documentary about "Moon Landing in 1969 is a lie". It's shock me. I never think before that Neil Armstrong did not step a big footprint in the surface of the moon. Is it just a lie? or what?

They showed some evidences on it. First, the footprint of Neil Armstrong. "One small step for a man, one big step for mankind". The footprint of Armstrong is clear, question is is it he step on a soil? Imagine that a rough surface, you step heavily with your foot, is it your footprint will show on the surface? Soil do. (Who know, moon have water!)

Next is about the waving America's flag, no air flow on the moon, how the flag wave? It's show the video when the moment they insert the flag on the surface of the moon. We can clearly see that the flag is waving.

Another evidence is why in the video, we can't see any star except the Earth? They said moon do not have any barrier to the outer space, so it should be easy to capture the beautiful stars inside the video, but the truth is, no even a dot!

There still have many evidences such as edited the video so that it's look like walking in the moon, the degree between shadow with shadow is not match, President want to become famous so that they made this Apollo project and moon landing is totally fake and so on. Bill Kaysing wrote a book " We never went to the moon" and state the doubt about moon landing. Maybe you can refer to this for further information.

There have many question marks in my head after watched the documentary. I never doubt that before, is it a lie? or true? I hope someone can give my some prove so that I know we went to moon before~

Review: Inside Job and Freakonomics

Recently, I watched some interesting movies which maybe I won't watch if not recommended to me. I want to say something about these movies. Here the two movies, "Inside Job" and "Freakonomics".

Inside Job is all about the economic crisis that happened on 2008. Inflation, unemployment, and so much words that I learned from the subject - Economics last trimester came out from this documentary-movie. Well, this movie interview so much Professors, Ministers, Economists to talk about causes and effects. From this movie, you will able to see that, economic crisis doesn't influence some of the people who interview from this movie. Most of us headache about economic crisis, but some of them, they can earn through this situation, why?! That's the purpose of this movie released. You will never know that how much they can earn and how the dark side of economic crisis, because we never know, inside the job, there have another job.

"Freakonomics", not so formal as the movie "Inside job". It's all about the questions you never doubt before, it's not so specific but you just never think. Do you ever think what name that you want to give to your children? Do you know name will influence the life of the people? That's how powerful your name.

Cheating - Pure Corruption. Every sports will have some cheats inside, and they went to Japan to investigate Sumo wrestling. On Japan side, Sumo wrestling is pure and there are no cheat at all, but according to the record of the score, they found out a situation "YAOCHO" which is the situation of they will always win when reach certain score. Amazing?! Is it a cheat or fate? God knows.

Crime problem not really reduce by crack market, gun control, strong economy, more police but because of Roe V. Wade. He is the person that "legalize" abortion, means you can abort your baby if you want. This claim increase the cases of abortion, woman have right to choose to abort their babies if they think they cannot give a wonderful life for them in the future. Consequently, it's reduce crimes. Data showed almost half of the crime decrease is because of this "legalize" abortion, but by my side, I don't think abortion is a right way to do it. We have no right to give up a life and we have no right to decide other people life. If you plan to abort your baby when you are pregnant, then why don't use condom when having sex? In addition, parents should be learn how to teach their children, because they have the responsible to give birth to them, give them knowledge, and give them a happy and secure life. That's my opinion.

How incentive work? They did a experiment called "Can A 9th Grader Be Bribed to Succeed?". Easy, they give money to the 9th Graders if they are improve on their academic. Many students not because they are stupid, but they just think that what the purpose I go for study? That's why incentive take place on this. Once the children know you will get something after you do something, then they will do it. The experiment showed 2 guys and end up with 1 guy succeeded and another failed. I think incentive is needed when children's study, not to make them become more greedy, but build the easy way for them to gain knowledge.

Don't stop asking questions, maybe the questions will help you and other in the future.

Review: An Unconvenient Truth

This documentary reminded me as a human being, we have responsible to take care our Mother Earth.

It's don't have 3D effects, don't have edited content, but it is real and the truth of the Earth that you living now. It's all about a talk by Mr. Al Gore, talk about global warming/ global warning. You may think that just talk about the effects and causes that related to global warming, yes, he does, but more than that you can think.

He inspired me in few slides. Yes, we do in the "Period of Consequences", global temperature keep on rising, same as concentration of CO2. You never know how rapid the consequences happen currently and the future by see the graph that showed in the movie. Hurricanes, floods, forest fire, droughts, precipitations and much more happening now on our Earth. You may read many articles about climate change or global warming before, but what next? Indeed, you know what are the green house gases, ice melting, but are you really plan to do something for Earth so It didn't suffer by this phenomenon and us can live few more thousand year later?

I like the example he gave during the show, a frog jump into a boiled water, the 1st reaction of the frog must be jump out from the boiled water; but another situation, a frog jump into a normal-temperature water, and we start to boil the water, even the water boiled, the frog will never jump out until people catch it out. From this example, the frog represent our human being, we are the second frog, we didn't be alert when the global is warming, it is because we used to it, we didn't noticed that danger is surrounding us. On the other hand, the 1st frog be alert is because it know danger surrounding. We must be alert to global warming as soon as possible because we never know what will happen next.

We still can change the world, we can secure our Earth, and it never too late. Start recycle, stop using thing that can produce CO2 and increase the concentration on it. Care for our next generation, don't let them suffer later. We have to start to move now. If you interested in this movie can get it from me. I highly recommended this movie. You will change your mind when you finish this movie and the best and REAL movie I never watch before.

Hyper Day! I didn't noticed that I'm so hyper today. I also didn't know that I'm so humor when I'm nervous. Making other people laugh and smile. Is it the real me? I don't know, I'm not even know who the actual me. This photo above is the "Report of Human Development" that I sent to Victor Law. Today is such a productive day because Victor Law give me a good opportunity to work hard and done for my Human Development Report in 3 hours. Although he is irritated me, but I also want to thank him~ Thank you Victor and please don't get mad when you received the fake report! XD

Mid term and MUET speaking test is over and coming up next will be the Human Development presentation, writing report for English, MUET writing, listing and reading test and finally FINAL examination!

Movie Festival~

Movie Festival was over

Sadly our group's movie "Lamb to the Slaughter" didn't choose by lecturer to become top 8 movie. I learned many thing during making this movie, write script, plan the venue, select clothes and hairstyle, make up, act, and much more. I appreciated the time when shooting and watching the product together. Have so much fun.

After watched the finale movie, I think we must put more effort on our movie next time (if got chance), the reason that we cannot get into top 8 is because we didn't think out of the box. This is the only point we cannot compare with the top 8.

This Movie Festival came out with unexpected result and it is debatable. Maybe it is because of unexperienced judges, they not able to judge fairly and make this noise happen after the festival.

Think out of the box, you will get more.

Quite a long time I didn't post in English and I feel like my English is getting poorer and poorer. This few days I'm so stressful with my assignments and homeworks and all the bad thinking suffering me. After have a talk with Wilz, I realized that I should ask myself some questions. These questions don't have a specific answer but it define what you want to be in future, wise man or intelligence man? We just have few decade of years in our lifetime, do you want accept what it already been there or you doubt it and think about it. Now I seek to enjoyment and satisfaction.

I'm so struggle with the subject "Human Development". It's week 3, I still don't know what I learn. I wonder why I'm still cannot handle it. Is it lecturer problem? environment factor? or self problem?

But today lecture of "Human Development" reminds me some scientific word that I familiar in secondary school when I was form 5. It's remind me that I have long time didn't touch my biology and I almost forget the words that always use in Biology.

A funny thing that I want to share it out!

Few days ago, I posted a status "wa pak tok iao" in my msn's personal message. Surprisingly many people misunderstood the meaning of this sentence. "Wa" means me in Hokkien and "Pak Tok Iao" means hungry in Hokkien too. Instead the meaning " I'm so hungry", they misunderstand with "I'm in relationship" which "Pak Tok Liao" means in relationship in Cantonese. Actually last time my friends posted I also misunderstood the meaning. Okay, forgive you all la~ LOL

Time flies

Two weeks holiday is going to end. Now is the time I say bye bye to my hometown and going back to Cyberjaya. This holiday brought me a lots of experiences and I learned many things. Enjoy the time with my friends and family, I'm happy. =)

Due to some alcohol effect make me can't sleep now, and I'm busy packing and prepare to go back to Cyberjaya at the early of the morning. Lots of things have to pack and I don't know start from where. But I think the most important thing is I must get my heart prepare for new trimester.

新的一年又来临啦！每个人都会回到自己的家乡，和家人吃一顿团圆饭，团团圆圆。但是有些人会因为做工而回不到家和家人团聚，或游子在外地读书考试而不能回乡过年，可是无论如何大家都是要过一个快乐年。新的一年，当然要有一些新的目标或愿望。我和我的家人吃完团圆饭后，我们驾车去兜风时，看见天上有孔明灯，这也表示有人将他们的新年愿望写在孔明灯上，然后让它飞上了天空希望神明实现愿望。在天空上除了看见孔明灯以外，还有许多烟火！农历新年就是会看见五彩缤纷的烟火。

Finally I dyed my hair. There is no surprise I dyed my hair because I did it so frequently. This is because I genetically have white hair, same with my father and grandfather. Normally I will dye my hair to purple-red color, but this time I dyed my hair with Asian Black. This is because I accidentally lost the purple-red dye, therefore I use back the dye that I bought last time. I'm so excited after dyed the Asian Black, because it is the natural color that every Asian have. I hope this color can bring me to a new life and good luck as new trimester is going to start soon. Hope all of you have a nice Chinese New Year week and prepare for another fight.

Result is coming out very very soon. Hope I can score well on that! =)

HOME SWEET HOME

Time that totally free for doing anything that I want to do, no worries and no restriction. When the exam week, I'm look forward to holiday; but when it comes, I'm feel too free and don't know what I want to do.

Sleep is the best way to consume all the time, it can balance the time that I spent for the exam week, fews day sleep at 2-3am. Now is the time to enjoy sleeping in my room and no more alarm waking me up and no more assignments or homework need me to complete. It's can heal my PANDA's EYES, perhaps.

Another best way to fill this time is watching movie. Yesterday I watched "Monster vs. Alien" again, funny movie and make me laugh. I'm still got many movies in my HDD and I think I'm going to watch slowly. I prefer to go cinema!!! I'm not step inside the cinema for a MONTH!!! arghh!!

Tired!!!

Before my final exam, me and my friends discussed a 3 days plan for shopping for Chinese New Year after the final exam. These 3 days we finish shopping at almost all shopping mall in Kuala Lumpur area, we went to Berjaya Times Square, Pavilion, Sungei Wang, Lowyat, IOI mall and Sunway Pyramid. We don't have time to think the "hollowness" after the final exam, but just walking, playing and shopping. Have a best time with friends in these three days and finally I finish bought my cloths and pants. STOP BUYING, I have no money for it!!!

Currently I'm still in Cyberjaya and going back to my hometown very soon. I have 2 weeks holiday after my final exam. I think I will busy for Chinese New Year!!! Ang Pao Ang Pao!! I'm coming!! XD

Time flies, I'm finish my second trimester exam. That's mean I still have one more trimester I will proceed to Beta level which is degree! Time is precious.

I busy preparing for my Final Exam until I have no time to update my blog for quite a long time. All can I said is I'm quite satisfied for my performance in final exam and I hope I can get what I wish to get for the result.

A situation will occur after final exam, hollowness. You will feel uncomfortable when suddenly finish all your study and nothing to do, something like suddenly you stop working for a company, like structural unemployment. I mean once you used to do something, you will feel strange when you suddenly not do it, and it's come to me again~

But I won't let it take my time~ I planed used this entire 2 weeks holidays -recharge, relax and learn new things, and have a vacation~

Today, the holiday started, I'm going to hang out with all my friends to BUKIT BINTANG there to shopping, eat, play and much more. Happy holiday~~ I wish you have a good holiday as me~

Just finish my English presentation and it took lot of my sleeping time. Currently busy in revision, because FINAL EXAM is coming really soon. This Saturday, I totally didn't realize that that's so near to me when someone told me the first day of the exam.

Revision and revision and revision...

Cannot score better mark in course work, the only thing can do is score high marks in Final Exam. I'm starting to fail in this trimester, that's the only thing I'm quite suffering to. I'm drowning~!

Wish that I can score well in my final, and I'm wish my friends can get the result with flying color. After final, I should take a rest and recharge myself, I don't care!!!

How my countdown celebration?

Originally I have plan for countdown celebration, which attend my friend's event, but sadly he canceled the event and make me so moody about it. Since there are nothing to do for countdown celebration, I decided stay in home and countdown alone in Messenger.

With no any food, I definitely don't feel good. So I went to KFC and order a bucket of chicken and bring back home to eat!!! My last meal for 2010!!

18-19 December 2010 - Melaka BarCamp

Finally I'm came back from Melaka BarCamp which held on MMU Melaka Campus on 18-19 December 2010. This is quite new for me because I didn't join BarCamp before, it is free for all to present their idea or topic, no matter how sucks or brilliant your idea, but at least have some point that can attract audiences willing to go for your talk, else no fun for you to give the talk to the walls.

I'm not going to give a talk but just a audience who want to learn something new. So far I went for the "Android Development", "Class Sucks", "Rails for Zombies" and "Lock picking". "Android Development" is totally impress me even though it is quite tough for me. "Class Sucks" which conducted by Mr.Willie is good enough because what he talk about is definitely true. "Lock picking" also quite new for me and I'm not going to robe the bank after know how to open various types of lock.

Besides listen the talk, we also walk around the MMU Melaka Campus, we took many photo there and now is the time to share with you with the photos.

We changed the T-shirt at the toilet. LOL

We learned how to play the MONOPOLY Card there.. (Eddie and Victor)

Home sweet home! Quite a long time I didn't update my blog, and my reason is BUSY! =P It's true, after my midterm holiday, midterm started, quizzes started, presentation started and finally, I just left my Research, Probability Assignment 2 and final exam...

I bring an empty brain back to my hometown. All I want is to rest and hang out with my friends! It's time to reward for my these busy life! Totally relaxing~

Nothing to share with you just the busy life! My brain keep moving without rest these days. Every night went to library for my presentation, doing script, power point and more. Next week going to join Bar-camp in my branch school at Melaka! Quite exciting because I'm going to visit MMU which in Melaka campus and gain more experiences about other field. Besides that, this is the 1st time I going camp with my MMU's friends!!!

Home sweet home now~ Thanks my parents cooked a nice dinner for me and I finished 2 big bowls of rice with their delicious dishes, especially the chicken soup. Home is the best for me. After fews hour of the awesome dinner, my mom bring me and my sister to pizza hut to try the new Extreme Cheesy Pizza. This pizza contains 6 types of cheeses such as Cheddar, Mozzarella, Parmesan, Provolone, Monterey Jack and Romano. Besides the cheeses, we added Cheesy Hawaii topping on the pizza. My mouth was full of cheeses.

Today is Saturday, Sunny day. Woke up with my lovely bed. I have to start my works now because there don't have many time for me to waste. Appreciate the precious day. Have a nice day~

Just finished a book called David Eddings: Pawn of Prophecy. The book starts a long time ago, in Faldor’s farm. Garion, a fourteen years old boy, innocent and did not believe in magic, lived with his aunt, Aunt Pol, who is a chief cook in Faldor’s farm and she is very care for Garion all the time. One day, Mister Wolf, an old storyteller, Durnik, brave man in Faldor’s farm, Aunt Pol and Garion are going to other place find some trail that who stole the powerful Orb. On their journey, they met Balak, a huge man, and Silk, small and like a spy whose know Mister Wolf as well and they join with them to find the trail. They also haunted by someone so they needed to travel place to place. Garion learnt many things during the travel and became a brave man compare to the past. He hunted a boar, learnt language that communicates with finger gesturing, and more. As the travel went on, Garion learnt more about all of Aunt Pol and Mister Wolf. Mister Wolf is Belgarath and Aunt Pol is Lady Polgara, Polgara is the daughter of Belgarath and both of them are sorcerers, they few hundred years old too. Silk is Prince Kheldar and Balak is Earl of Trellheim. The story ends with the party heading to Cammar to search for the trail of the powerful orb.

This story listed that more on Garion how to grow up during the travel. At first, Garion is an ordinary boy in Faldor’s farm. He is too protect by his aunt, Aunt Pol. But during the travel, Garion grown many because he see different places and different people, people who are noble, people who are good in business and so on. He learnt secret language from Silk. He also acted to avoid the warriors recognize him. He learnt how to haunt when in Cherek. He grown became a careful person, he recognizes Jarvik who help Asharak, and he told everyone about that.

This is the first English fantasy book I read. The 1^st time I see the title, I wonder what the book is going to talk about. This book is more on growing of Garion, not that I expected that many magic or power all around the world. No fire fly here fly there, the only magic that I found in this book is Aunt Pol heal back the eyes for the blind women who very annoying. This story based on a reality world with small part of people who know magic.

This book is not hard to read, you will confuse at first but as deeper as you read the book, you will know what is going on for the party and what are they doing. I think my English improved a bit through this book. The language used in this book more on ancient style, for example dungeon, wagons, thee and so on. I hope book 2 “Queen of Sorcery” will give surprise to me. I wish to read more magic on it.

Hi, everyone. It's time to pass up my final report for first Trimester of Foundation in Information Technology. Overall results have a great improve compare to my form 6's results. All least it can tell me that I didn't waste my time, but it's a bit silly to waste the two years time to get a bit of improve on result. Form 6 make me became more mature in my thinking. I change so much because of study alone in other place, have to adapt myself in new environment, get to know different people and become friend with them. I want to thanks my parents to send me here and help me improve so much and became more mature. First trimester's result was came out, and I quite satisfied on my result. Only the one I really going to mad is my English. I totally need to improve my English in very fast way, if not I think I will fail for all trimester onward. Currently I finding the way to improve my English. Reading, writing, listening, speaking are the four major parts to improve English, if I can master it as fast as I can, I think I won't have problem in my study. Know English well definitely can take advantage in learning everything, I a bit regret that why I'm so late to realize that how important English are. I hope it is not too late for me to catch up my English and I hope I can improve as fast as I can.

I'm not the smartest, but I appreciated it... I done my best~

I went to Genting Highland with my friends for trimester break holiday. 29 September, 7 am bus to Kuala Lumpur, I almost late! After arrived Kuala Lumpur, we have a McDonald's breakfast and went to Times Square, Low Yat, Sungei Wang for window shopping. After that, we took the bus to Genting~ We watch a movie there at mid night!! /zzz

Next day, I woke up at 10 something, I almost late and felt sad because I thought don't have enough time for us to play at outdoor theme park, somemore rain at the early morning. I'm still not give up to play at outdoor theme park, we went ask for the ticket and finally got the ticket and we must play all we want to play during 2 hours, it is because we have to take our luggages down and have to check out on 3 pm. Iron Man and War Machine here attacking my laptop~ NO!!!

During this one week trimester break, I think I will spend my time in my hometown and some trips with friends. Currently I inside my room now, warm temperature make me feel comfortable, home sweet home. Nothing change, I think I will become temporary OTAKU until my friends back from their places.

I think I should get ready for the next trimester. First thing that important is improve my English level. In order to survive in IT world, English is the language that you need to master it. I decide, I want to improve my English and I wish I can speak well. Read English books, watch English movie, listen English song...

I have a journey to Genting Highland this Wednesday, hope it will be the happy and enjoyable trip for me, because it consider the first time for me have a genting trip with my friends, without any experience of take bus up there. I'm so excited!

Hope I can have a meaningful and enjoyable holiday~ last and not least, I hope you have to~

Finally, I finished all my examination~ currently holiday mood, but not so happy too, need to find something to fill up all my time, time is precious！ I 'm not going to waste my time again! LOL.. Tired, and these days felt not feeling so well, look like going to fall sick! but never mind, exam was over~ Now I got one week to make myself better to the illness~

Just now went back from Movie~ The legend of the guardian~ this movie in unexpected to me~ I totally don't think I will pay for it at first, but lastly worth it, the story quite interesting to me, animation quite good because make us fell like flying in the cinema~ Not bad~ 4 out of 5~ ^^

I need to prepare for my next trimester, going to work more harder than 1st time, hope I can get flying color result in my exam~ then I no need to resit it~ LOL... I think I should rest "gao gao" !!

Final exam for Trimester 1 Foundation of Information Technology left 3 days~ I really try my best to study all the time ( but got some accident ) so, what can I say is I'm waiting to die for my Final exam... I feel nervous, because I care for it; I feel sad, because I know I don't do it as well as I can; I feel stupid, because I'm not clever at all... This is the first time I feel full of power to score flying color's result every single examination, presentation, lab test, quiz... Sometime I not really feel that I can do it, it is because it's never happened in my life before. "Never try, Never know", "Everything got it's first time". I need to step over this Psychological barriers , I really wish I can do it! My mother advised me don't ever give stress to myself because she scare that I'm the one who will suicide when didn't get good result in exam or always study until crazy. I gave a silly smile to my mother, said, I'm still your son, I want to you to proud of me!

These day, besides study, keep on hang out with friends. =) uploaded some photo about these day when I back to Cyberjaya~

We went to Secret Recipe to order 6 different types of cake, some chocolate cakes and some cheese cakes. The main purpose is celebrate Steven's 18's birthday~ we try to make him angry because he cannot eat the cakes when he are in his hometown now~ Steven, Happy birthday~~

I ordered this Cappuccino Cheese Cake~ It is nice for me~ my mouth is full of cheese~

I also went to Mid Valley for Resident Evil 3D~ quite nice for the movie, some parts scare me.. It's have to wait for long time for next Resident Evil movie again~ Last time better watch in normal, it is because it is too little 3D part... wasted~

After movie, we went to one famous western restaurant called Chili's. First time I went this type of restaurant, all I can see is full of people and we want to Q for table! Their food is awesome!! Nice!! Juicy!! I don't know how to describe in word! It is really really nice, and it is damn expensive too~ =)

Few days in hometown, fully enjoying the time when in home. Eat, online, eat, sleep, eat ... Repeating the day by day. Today Thursday, Saturday is going back to Cyberjaya again, and going to fully concentrate on my final exam's revision next week!!

These days what I have done are Math's quiz and assignment! Done quite well in both and feel happy. Marks of Computer Application is coming out too, feel like all is going to end. All is fine now, the most important is the result of the final, can I overcome the fear in the exam hall? can I done well in my final exam and get what I expect? can I keep on the way of study? Many question marks on my head now. Anyway, as my mother said, Don't give to must stress on yourself and do it as many as you can do!

Quite happy these day, causes of many thing, I think the 1st thing is I'm going to hometown for one week!! Yeepee... That's mean I finish my speaking test and project VB already... Final exam is coming too... must add oil on it lo~~ haha...

2nd is I get my new thermos from GSC cinema yesterday night... Me and my computer application lecturer, Mr. Willie and Steven, Tonny and Victor went to watch "The King of Fighters", because have a free "thermos" if you purchase a combo meal, me and Tonny bought the combo meal and I get the "thermos" hahahaha... Happy even the movie is super duper SUCKS!!! LOL

Aha~ Today went to Mid-Valley with Mr. Willie and Tonny Khoh for movie and shopping~ A nice trip, and I totally tired~ We watch the movie "Step Up 3D" in 3D... Sound cool but I prefer watch 3D movie which the movie like Resident Evil, Avatar which have many 3D screens, but overall of this movie is quite nice with some professional dancers and I like their move, especially the ROBOT guy~!! Dance dance~**

Hmm~ A long holiday in MMU, start from Friday to Tuesday. Some plan on Friday, that is Sing K with friends~ Woohoo~ IF Yew, Steven, David Tong, Tonny Khoh and me go 1 Utama's Neway and sing for 2 hours. OMG, I scream!!! until my voice changed~ T.T but recover few hours later.. ^^

These days are a bit busy till I can forgot everything, and all can say what I doing this week is totally my Visual Basic Programming, this is because there have a lab test is for Visual Basic Programming and I'm quite scare about it, this is because I really less practice on it. Thanks Mr. Willie for the consultation and I think now I know the language more better. Today is the lab test, the question is about "NARUTO" . ARGHH! At least now I know what is Chakra and Jitsu~ @@.. Today, I want to teach all of you how to cook half boiled egg. Final result, you will get this

Tadaa~ looks delicious right?! *blink blink*

Now let's start, all you need is just a cup, an egg (depend on you want cook how many), and hot water or boiled water.

This the egg~

We pour the hot or boiled water in to the cup which contain the egg... The egg must fully immerse in to the water...

** reminder - don't pour the hot water straightly on to the shell of the egg. It will broke like this...

After 3-5 minutes, you can go change the hot water because the water still not enough for the egg to be cook...

The second time I change the water... I can see that the egg yolk is coming out.. arghh!

Home sweet home... back to my hometown yesterday night. Here some update for my life... Our English Presentation is done during Wednesday... The lecturer said me have some problems on pronunciation but my body language is good, and I can present naturally if I don't remember the words. I think I must practice more to improve my presentation skill... Let's try on next presentation which on Monday , Physics Presentation, we are the 1st group because we late to book the time. I need to do the Power Point in my sweet home, hope I don't keep on delay it.. LOL... Result of Math Mid-Term is out... I get 16 ... A little bit sad because I realize that I doing wrong in which question after the Mid Term end... Physics Mid -Term I get 17 ... still have some careless mistakes... I done quite well in my second try on my Math Quiz, wahaha ... and going to doing my Math Assignment during these few days...

All my friends coming back this week... so excited to meet them all and have a nice weekend~ I think I going to cut my hair soon because my parents said your hair is really long!! .. See YA!!!

Today is the tired day~ but feel happy with it, today having a English Presentation for whole class, so we all wear formal to class today~^^ Finally I can wear formal and I feel excited and nervous too... Before the lecturer come to class, we take many photo outside the class.. Feeling good when take photo with friends, it is because there are no chance for us to take photo together, only today, we wear formal and all looks smart and mature~ ^^ But finally because the lecturer came late, she just let three groups present and going to stop and continue next day~ OMG... what for we wear so formal and nervous about the thing we going to present... this is her style~ @@ but not regret that wear formal because really capture many memorable photo.. here is it!!

Home is the best! I feel comfortable in home! It is true~

Today I went to Ipoh to pray with my parents. After that, we go Jusco. OMG! It's seen like decade years ago I never come for Ipoh and Jusco, before I go to KL to work and study, I though Ipoh Jusco is quite go shopping centre compare to my hometown, but after that, Jusco become small! LOL... I bought a shirt and pants there! Feel good when shopping, espeacially without paying a sen... I like my shirt and pants! Finally I have new cloth to wear!

Tomorrow plan to watch movie with friends, NO Inception but SALT! I think it is a nice movie too... GCB, I coming too... XD

Now I feel the word SAD! I can't score well in my Math Mid-Term. I really put many effort to it and I feel that I can do it well, but finally, is not!!! Now I know that why my Math only can get B in STPM. It is because I don't see carefully with the question. Careless mistake, no check second times, too confident are the key to fail. Today I'm so happy our group done well in Final Presentation of Computer Application, and our marks look pretty good. Thank my lecturer because he don't deduct our marks for "putting he on the table" LOL. I'm happy because I really put many effort on it, from zero to hero. Decide a day to record video, give comment how to record, edit video, make a Power Point, think for the analysis and conclusion, separate the part for each members, plan the schedule, type a whole script, practice to make prefect. I never it like just feel I'm a planer, I really enjoy it, and I look for the marks I feel it work! All my effort not wasted. Of course thank all the members that give many cooperation to me. This is the moment I can share to yours. You think you can, then you can. Even it's fail, learn from fail, and do more better next time. I remember our Class Representative, Azim told me, "Nevermind, we learn from fail, make sure don't do the same mistake again!" I like that!

And this is the thing I feel sad or dissapointted to it.

Today was a tired day, manything happened to me and I feel unlucky today. At first I plan to go Alamanda Putrajaya with friend and the main purpose is watch the new movie "Inception". Unfortunately, there got last two places, which on the 1st row and left and right at the end. Of course I won't pay with it with this "bad" place... So no choice to walk out the cinema and find another entertainment to fill up the time... We decided to play bowling, and there got a event for bowling, full of people having competition with each other...bad luck again... then we went to play Car Racing, KOF, and basketball in the amusement park... We decided to go eat sushi after a while but my friend suddenly feel don't want go... =( my sushi!!! Finally we sit in the McDonald and I enjoy my GCB~ quite happy and we take a lots of picture~ Take a look~

Today's sky is in good mood, happy, smile, fun, LOL. That what can I feel from that, same to me, all things is going to settle one by one, and I will feel free more and more. Ofcourse won't forget to study. Quite happy that I get 4.75 out of 5 marks for my lab test ^^ . I not scare about my final presentation now, cause we mostly finish all and I think we can get perform the best presentation on Monday. Why I said so is now I'm still doing the final presntation, I feel I got cooperation from someone, and I'm not alone. If get low mark, at least we try before! I happy! Mid-term coming soon. All can I do for now is study well. After the final presentation and Mid-Term, I think I have a good dream, even still got english presentation, VB project, Physics Assignment, but at least I can do it. I can do it! YES!

Hey, uimo here! Just another look of me, just ignore him! I want to spread out all my stress here, cause I'm so stress here! Haven't feel before like just now and it was damn stress! Don't know why? It really makes me suffer before I going to die. It's kill me! Hmm~ All is about study problem, now I feel that how stress for a University student! Assignments, Quizes, Mid-Term or Exams, Presentations, Experiments are the major "homework" for a uni student here, but if all happen in a same period, that's kill me! Week 8 is for Mid-Term week, unfortunately crash with Presentation of Computer Application and Presentation of English, nevermind, the Presentations are not prepare yet!! So next week is week 8, I want to done all the things before the week come. Besides that, need to study about quizes of Computer Application that is 2 Chapters and 4 Slides, and I haven't add the 3 Chapters of Physics and 4 Chapters of Mathematics which is test on the Mid-Term Test. And and and we are going to hang up the proposal of Visual Basic to our lecturer this Friday(deadline) and we not sure the group members and don't talk about the discussion whaat we gonna do, then the proposal is nothing now. Besides, when the first Physics class, the lecturer told that we going to do an Assignment, until now we also do nothing. So what can I conclute is I going to have a busy and stressful weeks and I going to fail my trimester 1 and I gonna to waste around RM4000 to get these all. Thank you!

I LOVE My Restaurant

I redecorated my restaurant with new furnishment. Now my restaurant feel stylish and high class, wahaha! I feel good because it really make me feel sucessful to make something new~~ Happy~ing~~

Today I went to Alamanda Putrajaya for movie with friends! Have a funny and happy shopping moment with them! We watched PREDATORS there, the cinema is cold!!! I rate this movie 3 out of 5, quite OK this movie. I thought this movie will have many "scare me screen" but just some! Some screen I fall asleep! LOL...

Today the 1st day I have a presentation for my computer application case study. It was totally nervous before the presentation. Even can't sleep well at the night before the pesentation day, and what now, I finished my 1st presentation with my groupmate. The 2nd presentation will be on fews weeks later, the final presentation of the computer case study. But don't forget, there still many presentation for other subject. I think I'm gonna keep my heart beat go fast in this few weeks.

Still got few days left for me to go back my lovely hometown. I miss there so much, my parents, my bed, and all the food in Teluk Intan. I gonna eat all of it.

I'm gonna resign and coming back to my hometown this end of month!
start from 1st of January, until now already three month more and nearly to four month!
I think I growing up more and more when I'm working at a 'Tea Room' at Sunway! I learn many thing... I learn how to communicate with customers with friendly way! I learn how to manage a thing without any help... I know many friends who come from difference places~
