Review: An Unconvenient Truth

This documentary reminded me as a human being, we have responsible to take care our Mother Earth.

It's don't have 3D effects, don't have edited content, but it is real and the truth of the Earth that you living now. It's all about a talk by Mr. Al Gore, talk about global warming/ global warning. You may think that just talk about the effects and causes that related to global warming, yes, he does, but more than that you can think.

He inspired me in few slides. Yes, we do in the "Period of Consequences", global temperature keep on rising, same as concentration of CO2. You never know how rapid the consequences happen currently and the future by see the graph that showed in the movie. Hurricanes, floods, forest fire, droughts, precipitations and much more happening now on our Earth. You may read many articles about climate change or global warming before, but what next? Indeed, you know what are the green house gases, ice melting, but are you really plan to do something for Earth so It didn't suffer by this phenomenon and us can live few more thousand year later?

I like the example he gave during the show, a frog jump into a boiled water, the 1st reaction of the frog must be jump out from the boiled water; but another situation, a frog jump into a normal-temperature water, and we start to boil the water, even the water boiled, the frog will never jump out until people catch it out. From this example, the frog represent our human being, we are the second frog, we didn't be alert when the global is warming, it is because we used to it, we didn't noticed that danger is surrounding us. On the other hand, the 1st frog be alert is because it know danger surrounding. We must be alert to global warming as soon as possible because we never know what will happen next.

We still can change the world, we can secure our Earth, and it never too late. Start recycle, stop using thing that can produce CO2 and increase the concentration on it. Care for our next generation, don't let them suffer later. We have to start to move now. If you interested in this movie can get it from me. I highly recommended this movie.
